My friend said she used to shop online, and now she started a bricks-and-mortar-store. She said once she ordered some artworks online, and she was shocked because she said they failed to meet her expectations. She said they looked crap, but expensive. So she felt it’s better seeing something, feeling good, and then buying, which let her started a business.
