My neighbor said she lived in different places, and felt she always in a gray area, because she was afraid to trust people for she didn’t know who had her best interests at heart; when she got upset by some people, such as moral dilemma, her guy cheated on her, she didn’t know what to do, who was right for her, even asked herself like, “What should I do?”

It's true that there are many gray areas, especially in those remote areas, foreign countries, where many people just doing illegal things for living and the local authorities are usually not doing the right things either, even being part of the criminal world which is funny.

My friend said when in retrospect she thinks her self-sabotage is the reason she made bad decisions, which let her make first step to change herself; she likes shopping, but buying less makeup; she also decided to quit smoking, but she keeps buying cigarettes.

It's an interesting post and like it. Self-sabotage is kind of common and when people feel bad for not getting what they want, they tend to be mad, start to do some crazy things which is sad, sort of self-sabotage.
My coworker said he learned something that let him be a better person. Once he lost his control which let his girlfriend left him, so he was sad for a while; he said he used to be inpatient, a hot-head person, but now he tried to control his emotional outlet.
