My neighbor likes to travel, but she works in a restaurant; she's not just a girl working in a restaurant and chewing gum, she knows how to talk to people, being playful with them. Now she’s waiting for her time to come even though she works in a restaurant, running and carrying things in spike heels.
My coworker said she used to travel, and knew her body well. She said she could endure long hours of walking and recovered her energy quickly. The trick was she thinking her body type was power-based, it meant she needed to eat meat, protein to keep her have energy, but now she’s sitting in office, worrying about eating behavior, weight and energy.
