If you realize computer and phone emit blue light, which is bad because it has a slow aging process, you may start doing something, you may eat healthy food, adjust your daily activities, work hard till noon, absorb information in afternoon, have regular sex, and start anti-aging process.

A great post and like it. It's true that computer and phone could cause slow aging so doing something to stop it is important if people still need to use them everyday.
