A girl said she’s slow, but she got a promotion because she worked hard. She said it took her years before she could find her footing in a new position! Now she said once has her footing, she’s expert in her field and she feels good.
If you grow up comfortable, get spoiled, you may want to challenge yourself because you see some of your friends left their city, their comfortable life, to pursue their dream, so you may also say: you like to hike, bike, go to remote area, to develop a bond with local people, and feel you’re included, welcome.
