My friend's a tech guy but he loved history and visited many historic places. Once he was in front of a mansion that he refreshed his hero’s courage and busted into tears. He also met the descendant of his idol, felt it was a special moment. He said he stayed there for a while, listened a jazz band, tried decades old food.
My coworker said she feels her friends are sensitive, so she needs to censor herself. But before she said she would do the opposite when others did the same thing because she wanted to say what she felt, writing what she wanted, even though someone she tried to make her like something she was not.

She's cool because she feels she has to censor herself and she may feels weird but she wants to keep her friendship which is also important.

Many people have to censor themselves because they don't want to offend others.

He's a cool guy and he likes history. When he went to historic places, he becomes emotional, and he showed who he is as a real person.
