Know the root cause of the problem
Some people said when they find a problem they immediately solve it, really? So, we see people worry about fat and they eat vegetables, no sugar; they also go to spin classes, practice yoga, even diet, calorie counting, but their problem is still there, which let them worry even more.
So the question is: Do those people know the root cause of the problem?
Meg Cox
It's true you need to know the root of the problem so the problem can be solved completely.
Ted Douglas
If tried all those things and the problem is still there, then it's the time to see professional and to know the root of the problem.
