Addressing grief
When grief arises some people said their instincts urge them to deal with it immediately so they can heal damages and have a sense of calm. But others said when they experienced loss they feel addressing grief could make it unpredictable and even more messy, so they only share their emotions with friends, instead of seeking professional help, but, can this way get back their sense of stability and control?
