We talk about diversity, but our society are still controlled by white men, so when those white men think diversity could lower standards, may other people would suffer because there are prejudice, unfair treatment, and discrimination there, so we need to work hard to change the situation.

When go to a job interview, you see unfair treatment, a guy said he went to an interview, he prepared for days but he was there only for a few minutes, because those white guys saw him coming from different background they just asked some questions and let him go.
