Feel trapped, detached, not interested in doing anything, and… burnout symptoms? Some people said they can’t get enough sleep, feel helpless, trapped, detached, and not interested in doing anything because of unable to cope with pressures and feeling burnout. Others said they don’t want to make dinner, don’t want to go out, to meet with friends and feel physically and emotionally exhausted. So here are the questions: If people show burnout symptoms, what employer should do?
